Teaching Elders

  • R.C. Sproul

    R.C. Sproul

    Dr. Sproul serves as Co-Pastor of Saint Andrew’s Chapel. He is recognized throughout the church for his articulate defense of the holiness of God, divine sovereignty, and other essential doctrines of the Christian faith. Dr. Sproul holds degrees from Westminster College, Pittsburgh Theological Seminary, and the Free University of Amsterdam, and his teaching can be heard on the program Renewing Your Mind, which is available on hundreds of radio outlets in the United States and worldwide. Dr. Sproul also serves as the chairman of Ligonier Ministries, president of Reformation Bible College and Ligonier Academy of Biblical and Theological Studies, and he has written over ninety books, including Defending Your Faith, Abortion: A Rational Look at an Emotional Issue, The Truth of the Cross, Truths We Confess, and commentaries on John, Romans, Acts, and 1-2 Peter in the Saint Andrew’s Expositional Commentary series.

  • Burk Parsons

    Burk Parsons

    Burk Parsons serves as Co-Pastor of Saint Andrew’s Chapel, and he is editor of Tabletalk, the monthly magazine of Ligonier Ministries where he has served since 1999. He is an ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church in America and serves on the church planting committee of the Central Florida Presbytery, of which he is under care. He is director of the Church Planting Fellowship, which serves to help recruit, equip, and encourage church planters. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in biblical studies from Trinity College and the Master of Divinity degree from Reformed Theological Seminary, where he is also a visiting lecturer. He speaks regularly at various churches, conferences, and schools in the United States and abroad and has contributed to various books and journals. He is author of the booklet Why Do We Have Creeds? (P&R, 2012). He is editor of the books Assured by God: Living in the Fullness of God’s Grace (P&R, 2006) and John Calvin: A Heart for Devotion, Doctrine, and Doxology (Reformation Trust, 2008). He and his wife, Amber, live in central Florida with their children.


  • Kevin Struyk

    Kevin Struyk

    Kevin Struyk serves as Associate Pastor at Saint Andrew’s Chapel. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Covenant College in 2003 and the Master of Divinity degree from Reformed Theological Seminary in 2010. He is an ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church in America. He and his wife, Jenny, have three children.


  • Don Bailey

    Don Bailey

    Don Bailey serves as Associate Pastor at Saint Andrew’s Chapel. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Affairs from Florida State University and the Master of Divinity degree from Covenant Theological Seminary. He is an ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church in America and has served as a pastor since 2001 in St. Louis, MO and Orlando, FL. He and his wife Tracey have two children.

  • Stephen Adams

    Stephen Adams

    As Director of Youth and Families, Stephen seeks to ensure that the youth and families of Saint Andrew's have the necessary resources to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ through teaching, discipleship, and fellowship. He is currently pursuing his Bachelor’s Degree at Reformation Bible College. He and his wife, Jessica, have three children.

  • Thomas Brewer

    Thomas Brewer

    Thomas serves as Director of College Ministry at Saint Andrew's Chapel. Thomas graduated with a Bachelor's degree from the University of Oklahoma and is presently pursuing a Master of Divinity degree at Reformed Theological Seminary. Thomas helps to lead bible studies and fellowship events for those in college and who have recently graduated.

  • Sarah Hornbeck

    Sarah Hornbeck

    Sarah serves as the Music Administrative Assistant at Saint Andrew’s Chapel. She holds a Master’s degree in flute performance from the Longy School of Music. Sarah assists the Chief Musician in organizing music for rehearsals and services, scheduling, and researching. She and her husband, Matt, have two sons.

  • Amy Johnson

    Amy Johnson

    Amy has served on staff at Saint Andrew's Chapel since 2009. As Office Administrative Assistant, Amy receives calls at the church, helps administer the office, and also aids in the bookstore. Amy received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas. She and her husband, Kyle, have three children.

  • Betsy Kreamer

    Betsy Kreamer

    Betsy has served at Saint Andrew's Chapel since July 2012 as Children's Ministry Coordinator. She oversees and administrates necessary elements associated with the children's ministry, having been involved in youth and children's ministries for over 25 years. Betsy holds a Bachelor's degree from West Virginia University. She and her husband, Tom, have three children.

  • Doug Marchand

    Doug Marchand

    Doug has served at Saint Andrew's Chapel since July 2012 as Facilities Coordinator. He oversees, manages, and coordinates the maintenance of facilities, grounds, and equipment. Doug holds a Bachelor's degree in business from Warner University. Doug and his wife, Laurie, have six children.

  • Nate Merrell

    Nate Merrell

    Nate serves as a Pastoral Administrative Assistant at Saint Andrew's Chapel. Nate is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in business. Nate helps the pastors with scheduling, planning, and researching.

  • Stassia Petersen

    Stassia Petersen

    Stassia has served at Saint Andrew's Chapel since October 2002 as Office Manager and Accountant. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida. Stassia helps with accounting, office procedures, and human resources. She and her husband, John, have two children.

  • Andrew Sarnicki

    Andrew Sarnicki

    Andrew serves as a Pastoral Administrative Assistant at Saint Andrew's Chapel. Andrew graduated with a Bachelor's degree from the University of Central Florida and is presently pursuing a Master of Divinity degree at Reformed Theological Seminary. Andrew helps the pastors with scheduling, planning and researching.

  • Randall Van Meggelen

    Randall Van Meggelen

    Randall received his Master of Church Music from Concordia University and started working at Saint Andrew's Chapel in 2003. As Chief Musician, Randall oversees all of the music ministry activities at Saint Andrew's Chapel. He and his wife, Tina, have five girls.

  • Terry Yount

    Terry Yount

    Terry received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Alabama and both his Master of Music and Doctor of Musical Arts from Eastman School of Music at the University of Rochester. Terry has served at Saint Andrew's Chapel since 2008 and presently serves as Organist and Dean of Saint Andrew's Conservatory. Terry and his wife, Laura, have three children.
